In order to make for a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we do require that racers have completed the Sail Chicago "Crew" class and/or have the equivalent experience. Currently the class expected outcome is: "Sailor will be able to safely maneuver, tack, and jibe a keelboat (upwind and downwind) and maintain a course in the open water."
